艾默生Kop-Flex® 膜盘式联轴器从驱动轴通过一个刚性轮毂，然后通过一个挠性膜盘将扭矩传递到隔套。在传递扭矩时，膜盘通过变形来适应不对中。隔套驱动联接在被驱动设备上的匹配元件完成扭矩传递。

艾默生Kop-Flex® 高性能齿式联轴器-AC系列, 具有符合工业实践的最小加工公差。高精度的公差让联轴器具有更加精确的动平衡能力，允许承载比根据标准公差生产的联轴器更高的扭矩。联轴器的法兰和隔套可通过止口槽精确安装到一起。即使由于任何原因要进行拆卸或重新组装，该结构能保持与以前一样精确的动平衡能力。轴套齿与轮毂齿的接触面紧密吻合，保证了精确的同心度。这在维持动平衡时很重要。

Charging Cart for Air Craft Tyre Self contained charging cart (no air or electrical source required), amplifies liquid nitrogen to 3000 psi. Two selectable ranges of 300 psi and 3000 psi pressure that comes with special pneumatic controls to stop the booster automatically when the desired output pressure is reached. The Possibilities Are Infinite!

Portable Test Pacs: These Test Pacs are self contained, ready to operate units, which only require nominal air supply pressure to perform a hydrostatic test on the components. The maximum pressure is up to 100,000 psi. Specifications: • 8 HP Haskel pump • Maximum pressure of 22,500 psi • Flow rate of approximately 2 liters/min Specifications: • 6 HP Haskel pump • Maximum pressure of Specifications: • 1.5 HP Haskel pump • Maximum pressure of 15,000 psi • Flow rate of approximately 0.45 liters/min 10,000 psi • Flow rate of approximately 4 liters/min

These are Hi-Lo test systems; the high flow pump can either be electrical or air-driven depending on the application. With this configuration, it will help to improve the efficiency of the work. Other components such as accumulators, electronic chart recorders and PLC can be added to the system for better performance and higher productivity. They are mainly used for charging of high pressure gas cylinders and pressure testing of underwater Christmas trees and subsea components. Since gas is compressible, we must be very careful when selecting the correct gas booster for specific applications. When high flow rate is required, the gas compressor can be incorporated into the system for better performance. These portable booster units are used for charging the cylinders or accumulators up to 3,000 psi or more. With all the necessary components installed, these units are easily operable by untrained workers. Portable gas boosters provide a fast, efficient and economical method of charging gas pressure in devices such as: • Hydraulic accumulators • Hydro gas suspension system in the aircraft industry • Helicopter emergency “Pop Float” • Charging escape chute inflation bottles • Charging oxygen life support bottles The units ensure that optimum use is made of commercially bottled gases down to as low as 150 psi.
