Chengdu Deep Diamond Bit Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter as DEEP) was established in Nov. 13rd, 2002. DEEP masters the full set of manufacturing technology of diamond bit from USA, and after incorporating China’s national conditions it forms a private enterprises of technology and manufacture, with scientific research, production and sales of specialized fixed cutter (PDC, TSP, and ND diamond-set bit and diamond-impregnated bit). The new factory occupied 45 mu of land, with total construction area of 16800㎡, production area of 9900㎡, R & D Center area of 850㎡, warehouse area of 900㎡. DEEP adopts API Spec7-1 , API Spec Q1, ISO9001:2008, ISO/TS 2900, which are four of the latest standard specifications for quality management system certification. DEEP manufactures products strictly in accordance with the API Specifications 7 International Standard and Oil and Natural Gas of the Diamond Bit and Diamond Core Bit SY/T5217-2000 Industry standards and related 9 normative documents requirements for production. DEEP R & D Center has a research team of nine members, among whom one is of doctor’s degree, five are of master’s degree, three are of bachelor’s degree, as well as a number of workers who are with rich experience of PDC drill bit production; DEEP possesses INTEGREXe-650H II-type five-axis five-linkage end from Japan Yamazaki MAZAK Company, four-axis milling CNC machining centers, milling machines, open-type sintering furnace, imported 6 Feet 7 Shaft reversible detection of three coordinates of production and portable testing equipment from FARO Company, 77 sets of test equipment, and cooperation with domestic oil institutions, which lays a good foundation for new products, new technology and personalized design research and development. DEEP has got patents of cutter structure, bit structure design, and a number of new applied patents & invention. DEEP is therfore honored as a technology innovation enterprise in Sichuan province.
