Hydrocarbon gases treatment plants (Natural and Associated Petroleum Gas) based on membrane technology

Membrane technology based hydrocarbon plants are set to resolve a complex of tasks related to the treatment of hydrocarbon gases (Natural gas, APG), regulation of the composition of gases bearing hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen and other components, as well as disposal of APG. Primary areas of the running projects: Natural and associated petroleum gas treatment for transmission; Natural and associated petroleum gas treatment to meet fuel gas requirements; Hydrogen sulfide-bearing gas treatment to meet fuel gas requirements; Colliery gas treatment to meet fuel gas requirements; СO2-bearing gas treatment to meet fuel gas requirements / for transmission; Hydrogen recovery and concentration; Helium content reduction in product gas; Generating helium-rich flow for further injection into formation; Generating helium concentrate (40..90% mol.); APG disposal by injection into formation; Capture and return of valuable monomers (propylene, butadiene, vinyl chloride, and others) from petrochemical waste streams; Gas treatment before liquefaction.
