The GULFTRONIC® Separator provides an efficient and profitable alternative in the removal of catalyst fines from FCC Slurry Oil. While there are other methods of particulate separation, the Gulftronic Electrostatic Separator (GES) is a field proven separation method for oil slurry created by FCC and RFCC reactors. The GES is capable of removing a broad range of submicron particles found in clarified oil. Where other filtration methods fail, the GES succeeds with up to a 99% efficiency rate removing fines <10ppm. There are two models are available; Model 2001 for smaller applications and Model 3001 for higher volumes. The Gulftronic separator’s simplistic, automated, and low maintenance design generates lower operational costs, less downtime and greater profits.
