Jiangyin Zhongnan Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd, approved by the Ministry of State Commerce, and established on Feb. 2008 from overall restructuring of Jiangyin Jiangnan Piping Equipment Co.,Ltd, is a Sino-foreign joint stock company specialized in manufacturing various steel material of pipe fittings and flanges, piping fabrication and all classification pressure vessels which all of these are widely used in the petrochemical, petroleum, chemical, ship building, textile, paper plant, electric power, metallurgy, foodstuff, machinery, pharmacy, construction, gas, nuclear industry etc. In July 2010, as the first listed company in domestic industry of industrial metals fittings, the company listed in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Shares referred to as “ ZNHI “, stock code 002445 . With the total registered capital of RMB123million, registered in Jiangyin Economic development Zone, this company occupies a floor area of 140,000Sqm and building area of 70,000Sqm, and holds credit grading of AAA for 7years. Currently there are more 500employees, among whom are 80 administrative staff, 11 Senior engineer and economist, 12 engineers, 30quality inspector, 358 technical workers, and More than 30% of them have college degree and above or the technical title.
