公司注册资金 5000万美元，投资总额 9800万美元，占地 17万平方米，地处中国长江三角洲经济发达地区——扬州，与上海、南京相邻，距扬州港仅10公里，水陆交通便利 。
亚联JCOE生产线实现全线自动化生产，通过构建以太网层两层网络构架，配备MES控制系统，完成车间生产管理和调度执行。生产过程采用SCADA系统进行数据采集和监视控制，实现企业生产管理一体化和实时化。
Yangzhou Yalian Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (“Yangzhou Yalian” or the “Company”) is a wholly owned subsidary of Yalian Steel Corporation, listed on the TSX under the symbol of YL. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and distributing longitudinal submerged arc welded (LSAW) steel pipe and providing anti-corrosion service. Yangzhou Yalian has a registered capital and total investment of US$50 million and US$98 million respectively. Covering a land area of 170,000 m2, the Company is conveniently located in the developed Yangtze River Delta Region—Yangzhou, adjacent to Shanghai and Nanjing, and merely 10 kilometers away from Yangzhou Port. Yalian LSAW steel pipe production line provides advanced equipment and technology with the annual designed capacity of up to 200,000 tons.This state-of-art plant realized automated production equipped with device layer and framework of two Ethernet layers .The MES control system is adopted to manage the production and dispatching. And the SCADA system is adopted to collect data and monitor the process to realize the integrated and real-time production management.
