濮阳中崎石油专用管制造有限公司创建于2004年，经过多年的创业与发展，已经成为初具规模的，可进行各规格石油钻杆、油管、套管及油管接箍生产为一体的专业化、现代化的生产企业。公司占地面积40000平方米，建筑面积15000平方米，现有员工110人，有多名高级工程师及各类工程技术人员，拥有一流的设计、生产、管理团队。公司建立了完整的质量管理体系，严格按照质量管理体系的要求生产，配有超声波水浸整体探伤仪、数量手提超声波探伤仪、磁粉探伤仪、硬度测试、超声波壁厚测量、化学成份分析、机械性能测试等完善的检验、检测工艺。设有产品性能测试的理化检验实验室。配备齐全的具有专业资质的检验人员。主要生产设备有：大型管端镦粗机、热处理连续生产线、校直机、超声波水浸探伤仪、摩擦焊机等。公司专业生产API钻杆规范内的各类钻杆及油管，并提供钻杆镦粗管体，并对外提供石油钻杆的镦粗、调质、焊接、探伤等单个工序的服务。公司的质量方针“过程环环控制、质量人人把关、产品持续改进，服务用户满意”。

It is a already specialized, modern enterprise which provides drill pipe，oil tube, casing and tubing collar. The company has 40,000square meters, 1/3 of them are the floor space. Now it has about 110 staff (include several senior engineers, each kind of engineers and technicians). Its team owns the first-rate in designing, manufacturing and managing. Now we have passed ISO9001:2000 Quality System authentication and API Spec 5DP product quality authentication. There are strict regular rules for test, process, examine materials supplied by suppliers. We make our staff monitor every segments strictly to guarantees the performance and the quality of the products. The main production installations: big scale of ends thicken machine, heat treatment production line, aligning machine, ultrasonic underwater flaw detector and friction welding and inspecting. The company produce specialized each kind of drill pipe and oil tube according to API, and also provide thicken drill pipe.
