国际海洋工程培训中心（SIOETC），成立于2018年是一家股份制国际标准化安全培训中心国资民营混合所有制企业。位于渤海岸边、莱州湾畔毗邻国家一类开放口岸潍坊森达美港。中心致力于加快建设海洋强国，服务于中国“一带一路”基本国策, 为“军民融合”实现国防现代化提供助力，中心结合国际先进教育经验、培训课件和管理体系，获得国际国内多组织的标准认证和认可。在中国本土培养满足全球中高端海事工程工业客户海洋石油、风电、矿产以及配套工程体系、军方海陆空官兵、公安消防、应急救援组织、医疗保障部门等等各类相关海事工作人员和管理人员从事认证发证技能培训以及海洋资源从业人员晋升需求的培训以提高人员在海上的安全、环保、生存技能提高事故生存率和救助成功率。

International Ocean Engineering Training Center (SIOETC), established in 2018, is a joint-stock international standardized safety training center with a mixed ownership structure of state-owned and private enterprises located on the coast of the Baihuai River and Laishuwan Bay, adjacent to the first-grade open port of Weifang Sendami Port. The center is committed to accelerating the construction of a marine power country, serving China's "Belt and Road" basic national policy, providing assistance to the realization of national defense modernization through the combination of international advanced educational experience, training courseware and management system, and obtaining multiple international and domestic standards certification and recognition. The center cultivates employees to meet the needs of global mid-to-high-end maritime engineering industry customers, including offshore petroleum, wind power, minerals, and supporting projects; military land and marine officers and soldiers; police, firefighting, emergency rescue organizations; medical support departments and other relevant maritime personnel and management personnel engaged in certification and certification skills training, as well as training for marine resource personnel to improve their safety, environmental protection, survival skills, and accident survival rate and rescue success rate at sea.
