Nanjing Baose Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Baose), is a high-tech enterprise, specialized in the R&D, design, manufacture and installation of large special-material pressure vessels and pipes and fittings, made of titanium, zirconium, nickel, high-grade stainless steel and etc. and as well as a leader in the manufacture industry of large special-material non-standard equipments in China. Invested and constructed jointly by Baoti Group and Shanxi Huaxinhai Trading Co., Ltd., the Company has a wholly owned subsidiary, Baose Special Equipment Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Baose Equipment), large modern manufacture bases in Nanjing and Baoji, RMB150 million of registered capital and over 1300 employees. The BAOSE brand set up by Baose is one of the famous brands in Jiangsu province and the products are widely used in many fields, such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, environmental protection, nuclear power and ocean engineering and sold to many countries and regions, including the United States, Britain, Germany and Canada. 。 The Company has the American ASME \\\"U\\\" steel seal manufacture qualification and the PED certificate for exporting to the EU, and is one the first enterprise which have passed ISO9001 certification and Norway NORSOK certification, and has obtained the title of \\\"AAA” credit enterprise for successive eleven years, and is a high-end supplier of the well-known enterprises, like BP, Dupont, Kvaerner, The Dow Chemical, Bayer and Sinopec. In the 1970s, Baose began to research and manufacture titanium equipments, and as the first domestically, obtained the design and manufacture license for category 1, 2 and 3 titanium pressure vessels (titanium equipments belong to category 3 at that time) in 1986, and then American ASME standard \\\"U\\\" steel seal in 1995, and then successively passed the exchange scrutiny of the design and manufacture license for class A2 and A1 pressure vessels. The Company also passed the certification of ISO 9002 Quality System and China Classification Society Quality System. It is one of the designated enterprises for Sinopec and CNPC to purchase equipments and as well as one of the designated manufactures for China National Chemical Equipment Corp.
