Company Profile  Flying Eagle Process Controls Ltd. formerly is a subsidiary company of Eagle Process Controls Ltd. which established its business in Hong Kong since 1979 for selling instrumentation equipment in Hong Kong, China and Asia. Eagle had branch offices in Taiwan, Philippines, Korea and three Representative offices in China, including Beijing, Shanghai Chengdu and Guangzhou. In August 1994 Mr. James A. Collins, the founder of Eagle Process Controls Ltd., retired and the Taiwan, Philippines and Korea branch offices were converted into local incorporated company and sold to the existing local staff. Eagle business in China and Hong Kong has been taken over by the present management since then. Mr. James A. Collins remains in Eagle China as consultant. At present we have more than 50 Engineers. These engineers have an average 5-10 years relevant experience. At present we have a sales office in Hong Kong, four sales offices strategically located in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Shenzhen). We have experience in the Petrochemical Industry, Oil and Gas, Power Industry and the Chemical Industry.   The markets that we concentrate are instrumentation market and material handing material market. We handle both markets by the same group of people until year 2009. In order to more concentrate on developing the material handling market ,we set up a new department-Material Handing Department to handle the material handling business.  We have over ten agency contracts that allow us to sale U.S.A and European process controls products in China. Since we have a wide range of product, we have the capability to handle the turnkey project. This is the advantage for us to deal with the customer because it will save them some time to source around. Here are the products that we represent: Farris safety valve; Protectoseal Pressure/Vacuum Relief Vents, Flame Arresters,Tank Blanketing Valves; Fike Rupture Disc, Explosion Protection; Clark Boiler Level Insturementation; ITT Neo-Dyn Pressure Switch; Conax Temperature Sensor Assemblies. 1. Spiroflow-For small size pneumatic system 2. Instrumentation:   A. Valve line     Such as Badger Research valve.   B. Level Gauge and transmitter     Such as ITT Barton, Clark Reliance and Jerguson   C. Flow meter line     Such as ITT Barton and Badger Meter   D. Safety Product:     Teledyne Farris Pressure Relief Valve     Fike Corporation–Rupture Disc and Fike Explosion Protection System  In order to penetrate the market, we locate the field design institute and have our engineers visiting them periodically so that we could build up the relationship with the designer and access new project information. Although there are a lot of trading company in China , they may only give you the advantage to win the business in short term. Flying Eagle Process is difference from them because:   1. We have our own offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Since the project in China may involve the designer, end-user and the purchaser located at different location, we could have our own people visiting them at different location and build up the relationship with them. For the trading company, most of them only have one or two office in China. Therefore, it is not easy for them to co-operated and win the job as they will only think about their own advantage instead of your advantage. 2. We are a company willing to invest money on training our engineers which we belief is utmost important for both our principal and ourselves on a long run. For those trading companies, they may have money but may not be willing to invest on training. The way to promote your product is very different from the way to promote other consumable products. The sales engineers have to have an in sight knowledge about the products. Therefore, we consider training is important.  We have sent four engineers to train at our principals at USA and Switzerland.   3. We also understand after sales service is very importance. Therefore, we have our own service engineer to service our customer for after sale service. The service engineer has been sent to Switzerland, Italy and Singapore for training. We also periodically send the service engineer for training so that we could make sure our service to the customer is the best.
