苏州孚杰机械有限公司成立于2008年，是一家专业从事各类锻件生产的企业。公司位于风景秀丽的江南小镇——震泽，毗邻318国道距上海、杭州、苏州仅一小时路程，交通十分便利。
公司占地3万多平方米，投资5000万，主要拥有16吨模锻锤、1600吨油压机、3吨电液锤、630吨摩擦压力机、多台空气锤、热处理设备，机加工设备，并配备有抛丸清理设备，超声波探伤和磁粉探伤设备等。
公司生产的主要产品：6A和6D类各型阀门、阀体、油管头、套管头，大型齿轮，汽车上用曲轴、连杆、前桥等各类自由锻件和模锻件。月产锻件3000余吨。产品销往：美国、加拿大、卡塔尔和印尼等国家。
公司于2009年7月开始导入ISO9001：2008质量管理体系、ISO14001：2004环境管理体系和OHSAS18001:2007职业安全卫生管理体系三大体系；在产品方面将实行CE认证。
质量控制方面：公司现所有原材料理化分析，以及产品机械性能都委托第三方检测机构进行检测，公司计划于2010年年建立自己的理化室，完善和强化公司产品的品质控制能力。

The company which was founded in 2008 is a professional enterprise manufacturing products of various kinds of forgings. It is located in the beautiful southern town-zhenze,adjacent to 318 national highway.The company is only an hour away from shanghai,hangzhou,suzhou.So the traffic is very convenient. The company covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters in which we have invested 50 million. It is equipped with 16T forging hammer,1600T hydraulis machine,3T electro-hydraulic hammer,630T friction press units, multiple air hammers, heat treatment equipments ,machining equipments, blast cleaning equipments, ultrasonic detection and magnetic powder inspection equipments. The company’s main products: all kinds of open-die forgings and die forgings including valves,valve bodies,tubing head and casing head of 6A and 6D,gear and crank shaft,joint rid,front axle used on sutomobiles. The monthly forging capacity is more than 3000T. Products are sold to USA,Canada,Qatar and Indonesia and other countries. The company imported the ISO9001: 2008 quality management system, ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system and OHSAS18001: 2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System in July 2009 as well as CE certification on products. Quality control:The physical and chemical analysis of raw material and products’ physical property testing are entrusted to the third party. We plan to establish our own physical and chemical house in mid-2010 to perfect and strength our quality control ability Survival on quality! Development on Technology!
