宁波台达和众紧固件制造有限公司，创建于2003年,专业生产高强度螺栓和牙条。我司坐落于宁波镇海九龙湖畔，占地面积6880平方米，其中建筑面积5000平方米。 我司主要生产六角螺栓、牙条、双头螺栓和其它非标异型件。生产标准有中国标准（GB）、美国标准（ANSI）、德国标准（DIN）、英国标准（BS）、日本标准（JIS）、澳大利亚标准（AS）、国际标准（ISO）等。等级包括：6.8； 8.8； 10.9； 12.9； B7 ; B7M; L7以及L7M。生产范围：直径M12—M100（1/2″—4″）；螺栓长度25—1200mm；牙条长度100—6000mm。现在我司产品已远销东南亚，欧洲，中东等地。 公司生产设备齐全，检测设备完善,产品质量已通过ISO9001~2000质量管理认证体系。其主要设备有： 1套箱式炉热处理生产线、4套红打螺栓生产线、滚丝设备18台、多工位冷镦机3台。检测设备包括：100吨和60吨的拉力机、冲击试验机、探伤仪、硬度仪以及扭力机等等。设计规模螺栓年产量7200吨，牙条年产量10000吨。

DIN960,DIN961,DIN6914,DIN7990,DIN7991,DIN912, DIN7985 screws and DIN975, DIN976,ASTM A 193 B7 threaded rods, as well as other AS, GB,ISO,BS, JIS standard. Besides, we also accept the non-standard products businesses. We maintain the highest standards of quality and service by combining experience with the latest manufacturing technology available. We are providing our products to oilfield and industry markets. The sizes are from M12 to M100 (from 1/2 inch to 4 inches )in diameter. The product grades are 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9,12.9, B7,L7 and B7M ,etc. The using materials are 35#, 45#,40Cr, 35CrMoA, 42CrMoA, 25Cr2MoVA, 20MnTiB, various brands of stainless steel material.
