山东万达电缆公司自96年开发生产潜油泵电缆以来，已陆续开发出：90℃、120℃、150℃、205℃四个主要工作温度等级。13.2mm2～42.5mm2各种截面积的电力电缆和引接电缆。其中我厂生产的QYJYFFX 3×13.2mm2潜油泵引接电缆申请为专利产品，经过几年的推广应用，已被全部潜油泵配套厂家、基层单位认可，目前产品市场占有率已达60%以上。
90℃、120℃、150℃、3×20mm2（4#）潜油泵电力电缆是我厂的常规产品，分别按GB/T16750-1997、Q/WDD015-2001及GB/T 18050-2000标准生产、检验，全部生产过程均在本厂各工序独立完成，有可靠的质量保证，产品具有可追溯性。我厂是ISO9001质量体系认证运行后的第八年，所有原材料如：电解铜、绝缘材料、锡锭、镀锌钢带等都是优选国内外最可靠的厂家作为供方，质量稳定。
Since development and production of submersible oil-pump cable in 1996, SHANDONG WANDA CABLE CO., LTD has successively developed four major temperature grades (90℃, 120℃, 150℃, 205℃), power cable and wiring cable of 13.2mm2～42.5mm2 sectional areas. Thereinto, our plant has applied self-produced QYJYFFX 3×13.2mm2 as patent, which has been acknowledged by all submersible oil-pump manufacturers and basic units via several years’ spread and application, currently, the market share of the product rises up to over 60%.
90℃, 120℃, 150℃ and 3×20mm2（4#）submersible oil-pump cables are our conventional products which are respectively produced and checked by criteria of GB/T16750-1997, Q/WDD015-2001 and GB/T 18050-2000, and all production process are completed independently by our plant, enhance, the products have reliable quality and traceability. This is our eighth year after operating ISO9001 system, so our suppliers of raw materials (eg.: copper cathode, insulated materials, tin ingot and galvanized steel strip) are most reliable manufacturers at home and abroad.
