四机赛瓦石油钻采设备有限公司( SJS Ltd. )是中石化石油机械股份有限公司和美国赛瓦集团公司共同投资组建的中美合资企业，是一家以一流技术、产品及服务质量而驰名业界的石油钻采设备研究和生产制造企业。公司成立于1992年，主要生产和销售油田高压三缸柱塞泵、五缸柱塞泵，计算机自动控制固井、压裂成套设备、油田井下工具、离合器和制动器。
公司1999年通过了挪威船级社（DNV）ISO9001质量体系认证，油田井下工具2005年通过了美国（API）11D1认证，TPD600三缸柱塞泵通过一百万次连杆最大负荷试验，获得美国船级社（ABS）型式认证，油田井下工具和泵类产品于2019年通过了API Q1认证。
