公司依托自身的科研力量，建立起以市场需求为导向，以企业为主体的产、学、研结合型产业技术创新体系。经过十多年的建设与发展，凝聚了一支包括中国工程院院士、国家杰出青年基金获得者在内的300余人研产销团队。通过对技术与市场资源的整合，公司对科研成果进行转化，其中包括：增强型PVDF中空纤维超滤膜、渗透汽化脱水膜、优先透有机物膜、酒膜、共沸分离膜以及气相膜等一系列产品，并使之得到广泛的应用推广。针对行业共性技术突破的需求，公司还开发出系列膜集成应用技术:膜法中水回用技术、膜法废水深度处理技术、海水淡化成套技术、无醇/低醇葡萄酒膜法生产工艺、二级酒品质提升膜法生产工艺、膜法天然气处理技术、碳烃/烯烃膜法回收工艺、乙烯/二氯乙烷膜法回收工艺、油气（VOCs）回收工艺、富氧助燃技术等创新应用。目前已应用近千家企业，用户涉及国有企业、上市公司、大型民营以及科学研究部门。

After several decades of construction and development, our genius team was created including an academician of China Engineering Academy, some National crackajack young persons. We had successfully finished the achievement transformation of Ceramic ultra-filter molecular sieve membrane，enhanced PVDF membrane，PDMS/ ceramic composite membrane etc, created related applications like the technology of nano catalyst – membrane reactor，the technology of brine purification by the membrane，the technology for extracting fermentation liquor by total membrane method，the technology for extracting Chinese herb by membrane method，the technology for preparing nano powder by membrane method，the technology for recycling isopropanol，the technology for emulsive effluent treatment.
