    中国石油集团测井有限公司，成立于2002年底，直属中国石油天然气集团公司，注册地在陕西省西安市高新技术开发区，是以测井技术研发、测井仪器制造、测井资料处理解释和技术服务、新技术推广应用为主的专业化测井技术公司。 公司拥有长庆、华北、吐哈、青海、塔里木、国际事业部等测井工程技术服务机构，同时拥有技术中心、油气评价中心、随钻测井中心、生产测井中心等测井技术研发机构，在北京和美国休斯敦设立了研发基地。公司传承了原西仪厂、江汉测井研究所等50余年的研发制造经验以及长庆、华北等40余年的测井技术服务技能，具有年产50套EILog快速与成像测井成套装备和20套FELWD地层评价随钻测井系统的生产制造能力以及年测井36000井次的技术服务能力。 公司现有大学以上学历人才2069名、占员工总数37.6%，其中教授级高级工程师和高级工程师537人；拥有中石油高级技术专家10名、公司一级专家29名，二级专家54名，中石油高级技能专家2名，公司技能专家10名，建设了一支国际化测井专业人才队伍，形成了技术创新专业化与技术服务综合化相结合的队伍结构和业务结构。 公司成立以来，围绕“一切为了油气”的核心价值，瞄准“国内第一、国际一流”的战略目标，贯彻落实“发展测井技术、增强国际竞争力、促进油气储量产量增长”的发展定位，坚持“研发、制造、服务”一体化发展道路，大力加强科技创新，发展测井核心技术，逐渐形成了具有自主知识产权、以油气评价为中心的EILog测井技术系列，包括：综合化地面系统、集成化常规测井、“3电2声1核磁”国产化成像测井、生产测井与过套管测井、射孔与测试技术、地层评价随钻测井、井场快速求取解释参数的数字岩心、数据库支持解释流程的一体化软件、测井ERP和测井网等。累计获得专利授权188项、商标注册8个、国家重点新产品6项、省部级科技进步奖10项、中石油十大科技进展5项。EILog快速与成像测井成套装备已生产应用150余套，为国内10个油田、国外6个国家的油田提供测井技术服务，仪器销售到5个国家。 公司业务范围已拓展到测井技术研发、常规测井、非常规能源测井、成像测井、随钻测井、取心作业、岩心实验、录井、测试、射孔作业、工程测井、动态监测、套后剩余油测井、快速评价、仪器制造等14个方面，形成了复杂储层准确评价技术、油气储层快速定量评价技术、套管井动态监测与准确评价技术、随钻实时测井技术、储层流体动态测试技术、测井装备制造专有技术等6项特色技术。

China Petroleum Logging Co., Ltd（CNPC LOGGING）, founded in the end of 2002, is a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation, registered in XI’an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone, is a leading specialization well logging technology company with her business covering logging technology R&D, logging equipment manufacturing, logging services, data processing & interpretation and new technology application and dissemination. Its subsidiary logging service divisions includes Changqing, Huabei, Tuaha, Qinghai, Tarim and International Division, and well logging technology R&D departments, such as Technical Center, Oil/gas Evaluation Center, LWD center and Production Logging Center etc. Now it also has established R&D base in Beijing, China and in Huston, USA. With 6,000-plus employees, we will work side by side with customers to engineer reliable application-specific products and services that create more value from the reservoir. A long history of technology innovation continues from Xi’an Petroleum Exploration Instrument Complex and Jianghan Logging Institute, and wirline logging service experience continues from Changqing and Huabei logging companies etc. are cornerstone of our success. At CNPC Logging, we have annual output of 50 sets of EILog system and 20 sets of FELWD formation evaluation LWD system , and annual logging service capability of 36,000 wells as well. The company owns an international professional logging talent team incorporated technical innovation and wireline logging services. It currently has 2,069 technicians, about 37.6% of the total employees, and up to now, more than 537 employees have got the title of a senior technical post, like senior engineer/economist/accountant/ management staff, etc. Since its foundation, by working for "All for Oil/gas”, matching a world-class logging company, pushing technology development, enhancing our international competitiveness and increasing the oil & gas production, and following integration of R&D, manufacture and service, specialization of technology innovation and core technical development, we have successfully developed and commenced the application of Express & Imaging Logging System (EILog) with independent intellectual property rights, embraces a series of logging technologies focusing on hydrocarbon reservoir evaluation that cover integrated surface system, integrated conventional logging tools, "3-resistivity, 2-sonic, 1-NMR " localized imaging logging tool, production logging and through casing logging tool, perforating and testing technology, formation evaluation LWD system, digital core technology, processing and interpretation software LEAD, logging ERP and logging network etc. By now, we have obtained the patent licensing of 188 items of technologies, 8 pieces of trademark registration, National Key New Product of 6 items, 10 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards and 5 of the top ten scientific and technological progress of CNPC. Up to now, about 150 sets of EILog system have been put into use, and has been expanded its presence to more than 10 counties. Our business area have been expanded on R&D of well logging technology, conventional logging, unconventional energy logging, imaging logging, LWD logging, coring operation, core testing, mud logging, testing, perforating, engineering logging, dynamic monitoring, through-casing residual oil logging, express evaluation and instruments manufacturing etc. We have special technologies of 6 items including complicated reservoir evaluation technology, oil & gas express quantitative evaluation technology, cased hole dynamic monitoring and evaluation technology, real-time LWD evaluation technology, reservoir fluid dynamic monitoring technology and logging equipment manufacturing proprietary technology etc.
