公司成立于1998年，注册资本8307万元,是国家高新技术企业，是中国油气田环保的领军企业。公司主要从事石油、石化行业的水和固体废弃物处理、含油污泥处理、土壤修复和美丽新农村建设乡镇污水处理提供咨询、设计、设备制造、工程总承包和运营的全流程服务。公司在石油、石化、市政行业拥有业绩200多项。特别是在辽河油田投资建设并运营了中石油第一座BOT模式污水处理站、在胜利油田投资建设并运营了中石化第一座BOT模式的污水处理站、在长庆油田建设了国内目前唯一能达到油泥处理无害化标准的专业油泥处理站。公司拥有环境工程(废水)专项工程设计甲级资质、ASME等系列认证证书资质25项；拥有51项中国专利技术，17项为发明专利。公司主导技术“稠油污水回用热采锅炉技术研究与工程应用”项目获得2008年国务院颁发的国家科技进步二等奖，填补国内空白，国际领先水平；固体废弃物、含油污泥处理和土壤修复技术处于国际先进水平。
