江苏君华特塑专注于PEEK（聚醚醚酮），PI（聚酰亚胺）等高分子聚合物原料、型材及制品的应用研发及生产。
采用PEEK及其改性复合材料加工成的高温耐磨轴套、绝缘圈、前后堵等高性能塑料零件，可以替代铜合金、不锈钢、聚四氟乙烯、普通工程塑料、石墨等传统材料，满足石油测井及开采设备中对零件耐磨损、耐高温、高强度、无油润滑、酸碱腐蚀、高可靠性等苛刻技术要求，可以降低运行成本并有助于设备在最高产能下，连续稳定的生产。
公司已配合沙特、中石油、中石化、石油大学、西安等客户研发并成功批量生产，PEEK支撑密封环、PEEK前后堵、PEEK绝缘圈、PEEK极板、PEEK捕捞头及密封短接、PEEK隔环、PEEK岩心套、PEEK耐磨轴套等产品。
PEEK and PEEK composites are widely used as bush, insulation ring, sealing ring and many other parts in oil and gas industry. Due to its high temperature resistance, wearing resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, self lubrication, PEEK can replace Copper, PTFE ,Graphite and many other material. Junhua ChinaPEEK focus on PEEK material, we do from PEEK raw material polymerization to semi-finished rods, sheets & pipes extrusion, we also have successfully cooperated with companies like Sinopec, China oil, BP, GE to assist them with our PEEK parts used in oil & gas industry.
