Qingdao Dacheng established in 1987.In the past years, the company has boomed to be a group company with more than 400 employees. From mold-buliding, materials cutting, drop forging, machining, heat treatment, polishing to surface finishing,our production line allows our annual production capacity up to 8000 tons which leads us to the leading company in China specializing in manufacturing high tensile riggings, hardware, and automobile parts, especially in stainless steel products. We have one chemical elements analysis centre and one mechanical testing centre which include the following quality control measures: spectrographic analysis, magnaflux crack detection, ultrasonic detection, dynamic fatigue testing, hardness testing, proof and ultimate breaking strength test.
