河北永信石油机械有限公司是一家股份制工业企业，地处任丘市雁翎工业南区，注册资金5006万元，主要生产、配套各种型号的钻井泥浆泵及泵组、各种石油钻采配件、防喷器及配件、橡胶聚氨酯制品等，是中国石油天然气集团一级网络成员。
公司现有员工280余人，占地面积30000平方米，现有五层办公楼及职工公寓1栋、现代化车间7座，各类高精度加工设备300余台(套)，销售服务机构辐射国内各大油田。公司技术力量雄厚，拥有中。高级工程技术人员40余人，建有自己的新技术、新产品研发中心，担负着全部产品的开发设计，并在制造检验过程中发挥着巨大作用。
公司拥有一套完善的质量管理体系，2011年取得了美国石油学会API 7K、API 16A的会标使用权。建立健全了理化实验室、橡胶化验室、无损检测室、压力试验装置、泥浆泵试验台等各种检测设施，具备了强大的生产能力和先进的检测手段。所生产的产品行销中石油渤海钻探、大庆钻探、长城钻探、川庆钻探、西部钻探五大钻井公司，并出口美国、俄罗斯、伊拉克、伊朗、印尼、委内瑞拉、缅甸、蒙古等国。

HeBei Yong Xin Petoleum Machinery CO.,LTD. is an enterprise operating on shareholding system,with registered capital of 50.6 million Yuan.The company is located in the South District of Yanling Industrial Park,Renqiu,and is mainly involved in the production of mud pumps and spare parts,as well as various drilling and production equipment,BOP and accessories,and polyurethane rubber products,etc. At the same time it is the member of First Class Suppliers for CNPC. The company has more than 220 employees,with an area of over 30,000M2.It owns a five-story office building,an apartment building for the staff,6 modern workshops,and manufacturing equipment of more than 200 sets,and the sales network covers all the major oilfields in China.The company has built up sound technical capability.It has over 40 engineers and senior engineers,and has set up its own R&D center,which is capable od doing all the design and development of all the products,and is playing a very important role in manufacturing and inspection.
