宝鸡市赛孚石油机械有限公司位于陕西省宝鸡市高新技术产业开发区，公司依托中国西部石油机械装备制造业的集约优势，现已发展成为以井控设备、井下工具及钻采配件为主导产品的石油机械设计与制造的现代化高新技术企业。公司技术研发实力雄厚，成立了由省级注册批准的技术研发中心，该中心设有井控设备室、井下工具室、工艺装备室和新产品试制部。研发中心与长庆油气院、中石油钻井技术研究院江汉机械研究所、大庆油田有限责任公司测试技术服务分公司、石油工业井控装置质量监督检验中心等科研单位和中国石油大学（华东）等院校开展了长期产、学、研合作，积极推进企业科技创新的进程，近年来在科研方面做出了显著的成效。目前公司产品已销往长庆、大庆、大港等全国十多个油田。赛孚人秉着“责任重于泰山，赛孚保障安全”的宗旨，以“互惠互利，共同发展”为原则，紧扣时代步伐，不断创新，锐意进取，将继续为我国的石油勘探和开发事业做出更大的贡献。

Baoji Safe Petroleum Machinery Co.,Ltd was established in 1998 and located in High Technology Development Area of Baoji, Shaanxi province. Relying on the oilfield factory intensivism on west of China, Safe has been engaged in research, design and manufacturing of Well Control Equipments, Downhole Tools and Drilling Accessories, and has the ability to design products to adapt to different environment according to clients\\\\\\\' requirements. Safe has “Province-level Enterprise Technical Center” which awarded by Shaanxi province. The center is divided into three departments, Well Control Equipment Business Unit, Downhole Tool Business Unit and Coiled Tubing Business Unit.Safe sets up a long-term science and technology cooperation with many scientific research institutions such as CNPC Tubing Materials Research Center, Xi’an Petroleum University, Daqing / Changqing Oil &Gas Institute and Jianghan Machinery Research Institute, meanwhile has formed an enterprise technical innovation network with remarkable achievement. On the basis of integrated management system, Safe has gained API Spec 16A and 6A, quality certificate of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and GB/T28001-2001. Persisting in the Enterprise Purpose of “Responsibility is first, Safe means safety”, Safe has been the first grade supplier of CNPC and joined the supplying net of SINOPEC, showed reliability in the world market.
