Since 1946 Dott.Ing.Mario Cozzani S.r.l. has been designing and producing automatic valves and unloading systems for reciprocating compressors. The main products are suction, discharge, concentric and reed valves, non return valves and suction valve actuators for the unloading of the compressor. Cozzani valves cover a wide range of applications for oil and chemical industry compressors, for technical gases compressors (such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, H2S, hydrogen, nitrogen, ammonia, HCl, acetylene, argon, helium and more), CNG, air compressors in the PET bottle blow moulding installations, for marine compressors, for refrigerating compressors. The valves are able to operate for machines running up to 1800 rpm with any type of gas, light or heavy, corrosive environments, low temperature, high pressure. Cozzani main customers are the leading European piston compressor manufacturers. The products of Cozzani are exported to OEM world wide, mainly in Germany, France, Belgium, Japan and Korea.
