Laiwu Forging Co., Ltd is a professional free forgings manufacturer, the member of Confederation of Chinese Metalforging Industry, China AAA grade credit company,the national high&new technology enterprises. It has about 40 years history and is located in laiwu city, Shandong province, China. Total space area is around 80,000sq.m.fixed assets is $25 million and current assets is $15 million. The company has 300 employees, which covers 6 senior engineers and 28 intermediate engineers. There are more than 80 sets main equipments at present, which including two sets of hydraulic forging machines(1600T&4500T), three sets of electro hydraulic hammer(2T,3T&5T),all kinds of air hammers and board drop hammers(1000kg,560kg,250kg), 30 sets heat treatment equipments (heating furnaces and heat treatment furnaces) ,30 sets machining equipments(16m&12m heavy horizontal lathes; ∮2m, ∮1.6m, ∮1.25m deep hole boring machines; 5m ,2.5m vertical lathe; 40sets boring&milling machines) . We could forge, machine and heat treatment 50- T all kinds of free forgings including forged shaft, rotor, ring, cylinder, pipe mould and so on.
