Rubberatkins is the leading Oilfield manufacturer of elastomer components providing full product development including: Component design Selection and development of the correct rubber compound for the application Manufacturing of rubber and rubber to metal components Product testing at the Operating Temperature and Pressure R&D and Production are based at our new Headquarters in Aberdeen, UK is a fully equipped facility which combined with 25 years of Oilfield Experience allow us to manipulate rubber properties to provide solutions to your sealing problems. We supply all the major service companies worldwide with a range of Rubberatkins developed products and customer specific components. Rubberatkins Materials department has to date, developed and tested over 1100 Rubber Compounds. This is because we know that every single job is different and requires a specific compound with exceptional properties. Rubberatkins R&D department designs and tests Products at the proposed working pressure and temperatures so our customers have the confidence that the product performance will not be compromised downhole. Rubberatkins will be displaying many of its innovative products and materials including High Pressure Cups, Steam Cups, Packing Elements, Frac Elements, Retrievable Elements and High Temperature and Norsok approved materials.
