  三江瓦力特特种车辆有限公司是中国与白俄罗斯合作成立的合资公司，由湖北三江航天万山特种车辆有限公司控股管理，专业设计生产“万山”牌重型、超重型军用越野车和“万山”牌各类油田专用车底盘及半挂车。在油田专用车底盘研发和生产中，遵循与上装一体化设计原则，根据用户的需要开发适应整车的专用底盘，现已开发生产了与30t至150t修（钻）井机、通井机、井架立放车、固井车、压裂车等配套的各类专用车底盘和（高纬度、低温）钻修机半挂车，产品驱动型式包括4×4、6×4、6×6、8×4、8×8、10×8、12×8、14×8、14×10、14×12等。产品遍及胜利油田、大港油田、华北油田、冀东油田、长庆油田、江汉油田和新疆油田等，并配套国外石油装备低温市场。


Sanjiang-Volat Special Vehicle CO., LTD. is a joint venture company established by China and Belarus, and it is hold and managed by Hubei Sanjiang Space Wanshan Special Vehicle CO., LTD. It is established specially to design and produce WANSHAN special vehicles, such as heavy-load and super heavy-load military off-road vehicles, special oil field truck chassis, semi-trailer, etc. In developing and producing special oil field truck chassis, it obeys the upper set integrated rules to design the chassis upon customer′s demand . At present it has developed (high altitude, low temperature) semi-trailer for drilling machine and a series of special vehicle chassis covering 30t-150t used for well-drilling machine, well through machine, head-frame standing and placing vehicle, well settling vehicle, pressing crack vehicle, etc. There are drive models of 4×4, 6×4, 6×6, 8×4, 8×8, 10×8, 12×8, 14×8, 14×10, 14×12 etc, and the products have been sold to Shengli oil-field, Dagang oil-field, Huabei oil-field, Jidong oil-field, Changqing oil-field and Xinjiang oil-field ,even have been used on low temperature and oil equipments abroad .
