淄博华创精细陶瓷有限公司是集科研、生产、销售为一体的山东省高新技术企业，为中国石油一级入网单位，中海油服入网单位，美国石油协会认证企业，国家新材料产业化基地骨干企业。同时承担两项国家“863”计划项目，一项国家重点“双高一优”工程，一项“火炬计划”。 主要产品包括陶瓷缸套、陶瓷柱塞、陶瓷磨介、砂磨机陶瓷部件、陶瓷密封环、陶瓷餐刀、球磨机衬砖、旋流器衬板等。其产品与金属材质相比具有耐磨损、耐腐蚀、耐高温、高强度、高硬度等优点，可以适应金属和高分子材料难以承受的环境和工况条件。我司引进了国际上技术先进的关键设备，所生产结构陶瓷部件产品如陶瓷缸套、陶瓷柱塞等已经在油田和石油化工企业得到应用，性能和金属材质产品相比至少提高5-10倍以上。

Histrong Ceramics Limited is a new and hi-tech ceramic manufacturer with excellent abilities of technology research, manufacture and distribution, the leading enterprise of industrialization base for national new materials. It undertook simultaneously two projects of the “863” High Technology Research and Development Plan, one project of Two-high and One-excellent” Project. Toughening ceramic liner for mud pump (3000 pieces/year) Project had been listed in the National Touch Plan in the National 10th Five-year Plan in 2005. Major products are: Ceramic Liner (mud pump spare part), Ceramic Plunger (oil pump spare part), Ceramic Abrasive, Ceramic Sleeve, Ceramic Sealing Ring, Ceramic Kitchen Knife, and Ceramic Backing Bricks for grinding machine and swirler etc. They are with excellent performances, such as wearing-resistance, erosion-resistance, high-temperature-resistance, high-strength, high-hardness in the working conditions in which metal or polymer ones can not do. With functions of the most advanced manufacturing equipments in ceramic field all over the world, the structural ceramic products, such as ceramic liner for mud pump, ceramic plunger, with better performances (improved by 5 to 10 times), have been used widely in many oilfields and petrochemical enterprises in the chemical industry.
