中国建材国际工程集团有限公司/蚌埠玻璃工业设计研究院是全国综合性甲级设计科研单位和国际化工程公司，是上海市高新技术企业，是中国建材股份有限公司的工程技术平台。 公司秉承“诚信、创新，To Be The Best”理念，大力实施集成化、工程化、产业化、国际化，大力发展新能源、新玻璃、新材料、新装备，整合了玻璃、水泥、建筑“三大主业”，打造了凯盛工程、凯盛机电、凯盛矿产、凯盛环保节能“四大品牌”；组建了国家级浮法玻璃实验室、省级薄膜太阳能电池工程技术研究中心，省级光伏玻璃生产装备工程中心，建设了国家级玻璃新材料高新技术产业化基地、中国凯盛机电装备科技园。“工程服务为龙头、装备实业为支撑、科技创新为核心”的三足鼎立发展模式，支撑了公司的跨越式发展，2011年实现销售收入逾100亿元，连续多年跨身全国勘测设计企业和工程总承包企业20强。 我院自2006年开始自主研究开发高性能空心玻璃微珠的制备方法，生产工艺以及相关设备，“玻璃粉末法制备空心玻璃微珠技术及专用生产设备开发”项目于2009年12月24日通过了由中国建筑材料联合会组织的成果鉴定；所生产的产品的性能达到国际先进水平，打破了国外对高性能空心玻璃微珠的技术垄断，有利于提高我国在石油、航空、深海浮力材料、建材和微电子等行业的自主创新能力。“高性能空心玻璃微珠制备技术与生产工艺”获得了国家“十二五”863计划海洋技术领域深海通用技术与产品研制项目的重点支持，填补了航空航天和深海探测等领域关键材料的空白。 目前，公司已建成年产500t空心玻璃微珠生产线，是国内首家采用自有技术大规模生产高性能空心玻璃微珠的生产企业。公司秉承为用户提供优质的产品和服务的理念，发挥自身大规模工业化生产的优势，以合理的价格为用户大量提供优质的空心玻璃微珠系列产品。

China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd.(CTIEC)/Bengbu Design & Research Institute for Glass Industry is a national comprehensive Grade-A D & R unit, an internationalized engineering company, a hi-tech enterprise in Shanghai and an engineering technology platform of China National Building Material Company Ltd. Taking the ideology of "Credit, Innovation and To Be The Best", CTIEC integrates "Three backbone businesses" as glass, cement and architecture; builds up "Four main brands" as CTIEC engineering, CTIEC electromechanical equipment, CTIEC mineral and CTIEC energy saving and environment protection; establishes State Key Laboratory of Advanced Technology for Float Glass, provincial thin film solar cell engineering research center, provincial photovoltaic glass production equipment engineering center, and constructs state glass new material high-tech industrialization base, CTIEC Machinery equipment science and technology park. Our institute has independently researched and developed the preparation method, production process and relevant equipments of high performance hollow glass microsphere since 2006. The project of “Glass Powder Method for Fabricating Hollow Glass Microsphere Technology and Development of Special Production Equipment” has passed the achievement evaluation organized by China Building Material Association Organization on December 24, 2009. The performance of productions reaches international advanced level, which breaks technical monopoly of high performance hollow glass microsphere and improves national ability of independent innovation in the fields such as oil, aerospace, deep sea floating material, building material and micro-electronics, etc. “Fabrication technology and production process of high performance hollow glass microsphere” obtains major support of national “twelfth five” 863 programs deep sea general technology and production researching project in marine technology field and fills the key material gap in the field of aerospace and deep sea exploration, etc. At present, our company has established hollow glass microsphere production line with 500t capacity per year, and is the first enterprise to produce high performance hollow glass microsphere with large scale by independent own technology. Taking the ideology of supplying high quality production & service for clients and developing the advantage of large scale industrialized production, our company will supply high quality hollow glass microsphere series of production with large quantity and reasonable price.
