杭州钱王机械有限公司是研究、开发滑动轴承材料铸造、产品生产与销售为一体的省高新技术企业， 企业拥有三项滑动轴承结构创新和材料发明的专利。公司在杭州西郊占地13200m,内部设有一所“浙江大学--钱王机械新材料研发中心”和一个“中试基地”；专门为提供滑动轴承铝/铜基合金材料的重要性能做了研究，分别对康明斯用铝基合金52313-00材料及卡特彼勒用铜基合金UNS C93200材料进行了深入解析，在此基础上对配方、工艺、设备、制造等技术优化，将浙江大学材料学院的纳米技术应用于冶炼铸造中，通过二年努力，成功实现生产了高性能的专用铝镁合金QW/Al-001和铜基合金QW/Cu-003,分别获得两项国家发明专利。公司技术研究人员占总数的10%，可依据顾客需求承接来样来图，要求加厚、单配、或异型滑动轴承的设计/开发和生产供货，包括对铝合金、铜合金、铜基钢、铝基钢等不同材质和合金种类的要求。公司将快速按照APQP\FMEA\PPAP程序，满足国内、外顾客的要求和潜在市场。
Hangzhou Qianwang Machinery Co., Ltd. is a high technology enterprise.It is located in the west of Hangzhou, China, covering13200sqm. With the development, our company set up a testing place, zhejing University-Qianwang New Material R&D Center. We are an expert in R&D of casting materials for slide bearings, as well as manufacturing and sale of slide bearings fields.Our company has three patents for slide bearings in structure and invention of materials.Specially to improve the performance of Aluminum and Copper-base alloy material used for slide bearing, we analyzed CUMMINS aluminum alloy 53213 and CATERPILLAR copper-base alloy UNS C93200 respectively and deeply. On this basis, we process with technical optimiztaion on formulation,process, equipment and manufacture, and apply the Nanotechnology of Material Institute of Zhejiang University to metallurgical casting.For two-year efforts, we successfully developed a high-performance aluminum-magnesium alloy QW/Al-001 and copper-based alloy QW/Cu-003.and got two National Invention Patents. Professional technological engineers occupy 10%in our company. We have ability to design,develop and offer products according to samples or drawings from customers, for example:thick walled, single matched or hereotype slide bearings, materials of aluminum alloy, copper based-steel, aluminum based-steel and other alloy.We will try our best to do according to APQP,FMEA and PPAP,in order to satisfy all of domestic and international customers, also potential customers.
