Henan zhongyuan heavy forging co.,ltd which was established in 2004,is a professional manufacturer for drilling tools. It is the largest drill stabilizer supply base for both domestic and abroad market. Our company has a 2500 ton hydraulic free forging units, equipped with 25 tons full hydraulic pressure manipulator,compressor manipulator have linkage fast forging function, is now the most advanced unit of the local press. The company has C61100 lathe, T-15 deep hole drilling and boring machine, CNC pipe threading lathe, CNC milling machine, drill stabilizer special milling machine and a large number of large CNC equipment. The company uses the type furnace to quenching and tempering for all kind of workpiece with diameter 1.5 meters and length within 11 meters by heat treatment. According to the national level 2 laboratory with the standard of construction, our company posses the mechanical properties of the laboratory and material analysis room. The company mainly produce various specifications of the drilling tool stabilizer, no magnetic drilling tool stabilizer, drill collars.
