China Helon Explosion-proof Electric CO., LTD is located in the production base of China explosion-proof electric appliances-Economic Development Zone, Yueqing, Zhejiang, with floor area amounting to more than 50,000 m2 and planning building area up to over 100,000m2. It act as a net supplier for Sinopec, CPECC, CNOOC, Sinochem，etc. The company has introduced the advanced process and equipment, and realized full automation or semi automation in all key processes like die casting, machine work, spray coating, etc. Now it has been developed into the company which has the most advanced facility and the most excellent equipment in the same line at home. Company's technology strength is rich and have many senior and medium-level technicians of optics, electron, machinery, etc. The explosion-proof series of products which the company developed, represent the leading level of the domestic products of the same classification and also acquired 12 national patents. The company produced hundreds of series and more than one thousand varieties explosion-proof products, meet the demands of following industries like petrol, chemical engineering, marine, pharmacy, textile, wine, avigation, military industry, fire control etc. in all respects. The company specially develops a series of free-maintenance explosion-proof lamps, for example: that adopt high-power LED, high-frequency electrodeless discharge lamp luminaire, with the features of wide range of voltage, constant power and current output, instantaneous startup, no flash frequently, etc. all these things are greatly helpful for improving the product performance in energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency, long service life (50,000~100,000 hours). In addition, developed a series of explosion&corrosion-proof products(full plastic enclosure、stainless steel enclosure) which are regarded as the new generation of leading products and sufficiently meet the customers' demands of explosion-proof, corrosion-proof, waterproof, environmental-protection and energy-saving performance.
