公司位于中国河南省焦作市，占地面积约100亩，总建筑面积52000平方米，投资1.2亿元，公司现有员工320人，其中中高级技术人员35人。公司下设科研技术中心、化验中心、质检中心、三个生产分厂，拥有六条现代化回转窑生产线，年生产能力20万吨陶粒支撑剂。公司严格按照中国石油天然气股份有限公司SY/T5108-2006 行业标准测定各项产品性能指标。
公司生产的产品按不同的标准分类如下：
1、按体积密度分为低密、中密、高密三种型号产品。
2、按粒度分为12-20目（1700-850μm）、16-20目（1186-850μm）、16-30目（1186-600μm）、20-40目（850-425μm）、30-50目（600-300μm）、40-70目（425-212μm）、70-140目（212-106μm）系列规格。
3、按抗破碎能力分为52 MPa（7500psi）、69 MPa（10000 psi）、86 MPa（12500 psi）、102 MPa（15000 psi）四个质量标准等级。
公司产品具有抗压能力强，导流性能好，圆球度高，浊度小，耐高酸等特点，是石油、天然气低渗透油气井开采压裂施工的关键材料。产品应用于深井压裂施工时，利用高压手段将其填充到低渗透矿床的岩石缝隙中，进行高闭合压裂处理，使含油气岩层裂开，起到支撑裂隙不因应力释放而闭合的作用，从而保持油气的高导流能力，使油气畅通，不但能增加油气产量，而且更能延长油气井服务年限。

Jiaozuo FangHua Ceramics Co., Ltd is a manufacturer and supplier of ceramic proppants used in the oil gas wells. Located in Jiaozuo city, Henan province, China, Jiaozuo FangHua Ceramics Co., Ltd covers an area of about 16.47 acres with a total construction area of 52000 square meters by use of an investment of 120 million RMB. Nowadays，the corporation possesses over 35 senior and skillful technicians in the large group of 320 staff. There is a scientific and technical research center, a laboratory center, three production workshops and a quality inspection center to produce 200,000 tons ceramic proppants a year by holding six modernized rotary kiln production lines. Meanwhile, FangHua applies SY/T5108-2006 industry standard of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) to measure specification indicator of the product.
