湖北中油科昊机械制造有限公司坐落于荆州九阳机械电子工业园，主要以研发,生产,销售煤层气,油气开采的钻井,修井,固井,压裂成套设备为主，现有8500平方米加工,装配,涂装,试验,仓储建筑设施群，拥有一批加工中心,数控滚齿机,HOFLER磨齿机,大型镗床等高精尖机械加工设备，以及结构件生产线,整车装配线,总成装配线。可实现年整车装配能力70台套,各类三缸柱塞,活塞泵总成生产能力90台,机械零部件及结构件的年生产能力达1600吨。
公司生产的油田固井设备,压裂成套设备上已遍布全国各大油田及煤层气开发领域，同时已涉足地热,卤水等开采领域。
公司现有研发中心建筑面积1500平方米，行政管理中心建筑面积2500平方米，具有中高级职称的工程技术和管理人员35人，目前公司已拥有11项申请的各种专利以及42项技术成果。公司已通过了GB/T19001idtISO9001：2008质量管理体系认证和压力管道元件生产认证，建立了从设计,制造,安装,服务的全过程管理控制体系。公司着眼于将本企业经营管理与国际先进企业管理理念接轨和融合，已建立PDM产品数据管理系统和ERP精益生产管理体系，2011年公司被湖北省授予两化融合示范企业。

Hubei Petrokh Machine Manufacturing Co.,Ltd is located in JiuYang mechanical-electrical industries in Jingzhou Hubei province of China .We are mainly in researching, developing , manufacturing and selling the drilling units,well servicing equipments,cementing and fracturing units in gas and oil operation.Our company has more than 8,500 m³ machining center,general assembly workshop,painting-rooms,testing building areas and storing building areas. We own a passel of machining center and a passel of digital control equipments,gear hobbing machines, HOFLER Grinding machines,large Boring machines and other machine facilities with high quality,high-precision&advanced , structural parts lines, trucks unit lines,assemble lines and etc. Those which could achieved 70 sets of truck units ,90 sets of plunger pumps assembly and piston assembly , machine parts and structural parts 1600 tones per year. The cementing units and fracturing units provided by our company is all over the oil-field and coalbed-methane field. Our products are also getting into brine-exploitation field and geothermal-resouces exploitaton field. With 1500㎡ research-development center areas,2500 ㎡administrative center areas,We have over 35 intermediate-high professional title employees. We have got 11 patents and more than 42 technological achievements. We have passed GB/T1900lidtTSO9001:2008 quality management system authentication and pressure piping authentication. We established management systems in designing, manufacturing, installation debugging and after-sales customer service after years of unremitting effort. We have established PDM product data management system &ERP manufacturing management system. We focus our eyes on fusion of our management system and adviced international management system of the enterprise.We have been given the title of “Integration of Informatization-Industrilization Enterprise”as the model one by HuBei government.
