中油管道防腐工程有限责任公司（以下简称 中油防腐）成立于1999年，是中国石油唯一一家专门从事管道防腐施工的企业，是以钢管防腐施工为主，金属结构防腐保温工程施工、防腐施工设备和防腐材料制造、防腐技术研究等业务为辅的专业化公司。
中油防腐成立12年来，已发展成为中国管道建设防腐行业的领军企业，先后参与了陕京线、兰成渝、涩宁兰、西气东输、西部管道、兰郑长等中国油气战略通道建设，为中国管道建设事业做出了不可磨灭的贡献，并承揽了出口巴基斯坦、印度、苏丹、阿尔及利亚、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、缅甸等二十多个国家的钢管防腐施工任务。累计完成管道防腐工程17000余公里，其中完成境内管道防腐工程近10000公里，境外7000余公里。创造了3项企业新纪录，荣获国务院颁发的国家科学技术进步奖、集团公司颁发的技术创新奖等，多次在重点工程建设中受到嘉奖。经营效益屡攀新高，累计实现产值35亿元。目前，中油防腐已在全国10个省市，建立厂点12个，覆盖了西北、华北、华东、西南四大区域，形成了驻地廊坊，各分厂辐射全国的战略格局。
中油防腐经过12年的发展，取得了骄人的业绩，完善了市场布局，拥有自主的技术，培养了大量经验丰富的管理人员。在目前的基础上，Cppce正在持续深化加强与有发展潜力的管厂合作，积极开发海洋管道防腐业务，加快液体聚氨酯补口等新技术的推广应用，加大防腐材料的研发力度，加快进军国际市场的步伐。努力将Cppce建设成为国内第一、国际驰名的专业化防腐公司。
Established in 1999, China Petroleum Pipeline Coating and Engineering co.ltd (hereafter as CPPCE for short), which is the only company who is specialized in pipe anti-corrosion corporation in Petro China Company Limited. CPPCE is a professional company engaging in steel pipe coating at the first place, supplemented by metal structure anti-corrosion and heat insulating、coating equipment and material manufacturing、anti-corrosion technique researching. In the past 12 years since the establishment of CPPCE, we have played a key role in many big projects of pipe construction, such as Shan-Jing Ⅱ pipeline project、Lan-Cheng-Yu pipeline project、Se-Ning-Lan Pipeline Project、West-East gas transmission project、West Part pipeline project、Lan-Zheng-Chang pipeline project、Sino-Asia pipeline project、Sino-Burma pipeline project in china petroleum and gas strategy pathway construction, CPPCE also undertook steel pipe coating tasks which exported to more than 20 countries such as Pakistan、India、Sudan、Algeria、Russia、Burma and so on. CPPCE has finished steel pipe coating project of 17,000km in total including 10,000km at home and 7,000km abroad. The output value reaches to 3.5 billion in total and the economic profits hit a new peak again.Nowadays, CPPCE has built 20 plants in 11 provinces which covers northeast of china、northwest of china、north-part of china、east-part of china and southwest of china, forming a strategy pattern with the base in Langfang and branches cover all of china. After 12 years development, CPPCE has got glorious achievements and perfected the market composition. We have patented technology and experienced management system. Based on this, CPPCE consistently deepen the cooperation with potential steel companies to exploit the coating work for ocean pipeline, accelerate the application of new technologies like liquid polyurethane field joints coating, strengthen research and development capabilities for anti-corrosive materials to quicken our steps to the international market.
