塔架式组合传动抽油机是由我公司自主研发的一款新型高端井口采油设备。其通用型号WCYJTZC4-24规格的系列产品，可整体覆盖国内外油田采油设备特别是有杆抽油设备市场，且具备自动化程度高，低能耗、高泵效，安全耐用等突出优点，是常规抽油机最完美的替代产品。 塔架式组合传动抽油机完美集成了现代机械制造技术、数字化控制技术、功率电子技术，创新设计了具有自身技术特色的“长冲程、低冲次”机电一体化抽油机。它采取数字控制系统驱动电机运行，通过组合传动使抽油机的动力源和终端负载作往复换向运动，拖动抽油杆上下直线运行。抽油杆与配重构成天平式平衡体系，相互不断地交换储存和释放势能，辅之于工业电脑的无级精准调节，可轻松实现长冲程、低冲次，整机机械效率达到85%以上，无功损耗接近于零。与常规节能型抽油机相比节能30%以上，最高可达70%，解决了常规抽油机机械效率低、难以实现长冲程以及耗能高的难题，延长了三抽件的使用寿命。

Product Introduction This pumping unit is a product of perfect combination of modern mechanical design manufacturing technology, digital control technology, power electronic technology and electromechanical integration technology. Composite drive system, which is comprised of independently innovated permanent magnet synchronous motor and reducing gear, shares the performance of speed reducer, overcomes difficulties of breakdown and high noise and improves service efficiency. It fills the blank of beam pumping unit and meets production demand of heavy load and strong pumping on heavy oil well, high wax content well, well with high flow rate during medium and high water content phases as well as low permeability wells. Meanwhile, it meets the operating requirements of complicated geologic environment such as sands, shallows, low temperature and high temperature, extending the range of application for pumping unit.
