公司现有一条钢管热处理生产线和一条石油套管车丝加工线。热处理的产品规格为 3-1/2″～11-3/4″；车丝加工的产品规格为：5-1/2″～13-3/8″。
公司取得了API 5CT和5L会标使用许可证，并通过了ISO 9001质量管理体系的认证。
Tianjin Denuo Petroleum Tube Co., Ltd is an enterprise specializing in the tube heat treatment and finishing. It is established on July, 2007. The total capital invested is RMB180, 000,000 with more than 200 employees. The sizes of heat treatment are from 3-1/2” to 11-3/4 ”, and the production capacity is 200,000 metric tons annually. The sizes of finishing are from 5-1/2”to 13-3/8”and the production capacity is 150,000 metric tons per year. Our main products are casings and tubings, and line pipes, and also the high-pressure boiler tubes and so on. The workmanship of our company is perfect and the equipments are advanced. For example, the heat treatment production line consists of advanced industry oven, quenching equipment, and straightening machine, and the advanced ultrasonic testing machine that imported from Germany. The casing production line consists of advanced CNC threading machine, hydrostatic testing, wet magnetic-particle inspection, etc. And we have perfect mechanical and chemical laboratory. So, we have the abilities to provide the best products to the customers. To ensure the customer’s satisfaction is our focus, to provide the best product and service is our promise.
