沈阳市石油仪器研究所有限责任公司(原为：沈阳石油仪器研究所)是一九九八年十二月二十九日由沈阳市科委在沈阳南湖高新技术开发区创办的集科研，生产，技术贸易于一体的科，工，贸生产型，高新技术企业。二〇〇六年四月十四日转制为有限责任公司。 注册资本：（人民币）五百二十万；经营范围：仪器仪表，机械设备，电力设备，环保，水处理，海水淡化设备，模具加工，玻璃深加工设备制造；计算机软件硬件开发，技术转让及技术咨询服务；实验室成套设备，及器材销售。 自一九八八年开始研制石油固井仪器已二十年，目前是国内生产该石油仪器的专业厂家。二十余年来已向个油田，水泥厂，大专院校，科研院所，水泥外加剂厂等单位提供了多种油井水泥测试仪器，产品已发展到10余个系列60多个品种。 该系列石油仪器，是1988年引进美国产品，实施国产化开发研制的重大项目，其中增压稠化仪，1996年被国家科委列为“国家级火炬计划项目”
