The Roots air blower, featuring handsome appearance, compact structure and sophisticated workmanship, is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving product developed, based on the introduced internationally advanced technology, by Xioupu. The wheel gear is characterized by a GradeⅤprecision hard tooth surface. All castings are cast by resin sand, and impellers are machined with monolithic pouring technology. The shell, impeller and end cover are all machined by CNC machine tools. In particular, the impeller appearance, through the rough machining of the CNC planer first, and the finish machining of the four-axis linkage vertical machining center next, enhances the manufacturing grade of the fan impeller. Then through the dynamic balancing test, the performance and service life of the fan are improved significantly. The shell is machined by the horizontal machining center, with more accurate relative positions by completing the machining of all sizes through one-time clamping. To guarantee high quality, all the parts must pass three coordinate detection in vital sizes, form and position tolerance.
