JIANGSU JUXIN PETROLEUM STEEL PIPE CO., LTD. locates at the Guangling Industrial zone at Yangzhou city, Jiangsu province. The company occupies an area of more than 175000 square meters with a total investment capital of more than￥380 million. The company has six sets of machine units for Φ219-Φ 3050mm HSAW pipes with the wall thickness ranging from 4mm to 25mm, which can provide an annual production of 200,000 tons. And one set of JCOE unit for Φ406-1420mm LSAW pipes with the wall thickness ranging from 5mm to 50mm, which can produce 100,000 tons every year. The material type of products include Q235, Q345, A, B, X42-X70. The pipes are widely used for conveyance of oil, natural gas, water, coal gas as well as piling, steel structure and related projects. All the products are manufactured according to the national standard SY/T5040, SY/T5037, GB/T9711.1, international standard API SPEC 5L and other additional standards specified by the customers. Since the very beginning, the company has pursued the principle of high standard and high starting point. In inspection respect, X-ray flaw detector, ultrasonic testing equipment and hydrostatic testing machine are developed to make sure that all the pipes manufactured can be detected and the rate of inspection can be “three” 100 percent. Besides, the lab of characteristic inspection can provide comprehensive tests on such elements as include pipe’s chemical composition, welding line’s metallographic organization and mechanical property to guarantee the internal quality of the pipes.
