3X Engineering Company has been created in 1987. In 1990, the first contracts were signed with GAZ DE FRANCE and LYONNAISE DES EAUX and three years later, more than 70,000 units of REINFORCEKIT Water SLEEVES for cast-iron drinkable water pipes had been installed. In 1995, 3X Engineering developed the REINFORCEKIT EVOLUTION and the STOPKIT for oil and gas applications. After the Bureau Veritas certified the REINFORCEKIT EVOLUTION in 2003, many companies such as TOTAL, PERENCO and SBM approved this system. The REFLANGEKIT was developed in 2004 to repair the Power plant leaking flanges. In 2006, composite repair kits were created according to ISO 24 817 and ASME PCC2 standards and the first range of subsea repair kit products has been developed.
