PIPENET™ Standard Module is widely used in the process, power and shipbuilding industries. It is used to calculate the steady flow of fluids (liquid, gas or vapour) in network. The functions include the calculation of fluid distribution in utility systems and pressure drop in networks, the selection and optimization of the pipe (or duct) and equipments (pump, valve and orifice etc), and the accident simulation such as block, leak and break, etc. PIPENET™ Spray/Sprinkler Module is specially developed for the design of fire protection systems in accordance with the NFPA and FOC rules. It is unique because it is specifically intended for the design of the type of fire protection systems used in process plant, offshore platforms/FPSO’s, power stations and ships. These have special design requirements. PIPENET™ Transient Module provides a speedy and cost-effective means to carry out rigorous transient fluid flow analysis due to the operation of equipment or valve. PIPENET™ Transient Module can predict pressure surges, calculate hydraulic transient forces or even model the operation of the control systems, eventually achieve effective, precise, efficient and secured design standard.
