(L&H) is located in wetlands Panjin City, China and mainly engaged in providing technical research and development, technical support and technical service of engineering equipment such as oil drilling equipment, offshore engineering equipment, engineering vessel and offshore drilling platform, etc for worldwide. L&H, covering an area of 200,000 square meters, has a national level energy equipment R&D team. L&H is committed to high-end petroleum equipment market and continues to develop new products. The self-designed CP serial jack-up rig has gained international authorization such as CCS, ABS, DNV certificates. CP-300 jack-up rig has been authenticated by Liaoning Province and CNPC as the major technical project and is made as the 1st unit of major technical equipment project of Liaoning Province in 2013. The patented CP-300 jack-up rig demonstrates L&H as the first company in China that owns complete intellectual property rights of manufacturing jack-up rigs. L&H can also design and manufacture drilling ship, semi-submersible drilling platform within 3000m(read as meter) water depth and bottom supported drilling platform, oil extraction platform and production & living module of platform. L&H can design and manufacture special used engineering vessels such as oil tanker, oil product carrier, PSV, seismic source vessel, multi-functional service supply vessel, wind turbine installation vessel, pipe-laying vessel, rescue ship, LNG, and FPSO.
