Chongqing Yinhe Petrochemical Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is committed to R&D, manufacturing, sales and services of equipment, accessories, tools and chemical machinery of petroleum and natural gas well drilling as well as oil production. It is located in Yongchuan District of Chongqing Municipality, a quite beautiful place. The Company has established a long-term partnership with Southwest Petroleum University, Chongqing University of Science & Technology, local oil field research institutes and end users of the oil field. With its strong technology development capacity, the Company devotes itself to the research on products of low friction coefficient, high hardness, high strength, high abrasion resistance, high corrosion resistance, high scratch resistance, high thermal endurance and high resistance to erosion impact.
To meet the increasing requirements of oil exploration and development for drilling and production equipment, the Company has increased the investment on scientific research, innovation and problem-solving to make technological breakthroughs in developing self-innovated high-quality products with brand new materials in addition to conventional products for the petrochemical industry. At present, the leading products of the Company include JLL one-person 70MPa switch low torque drill pipe plug valve for the inside blowout preventer of the drilling tool; abrasion resistant WT plunger for the waterflooding pump; WT standing valve & traveling valve and abrasion resistant sucker tube WT coupling for the pump; abrasion resistant WT swivel wash pipe and abrasion resistant cermet mud pump cylinder liner used in drilling; anticorrosion and anti-erosion polysilicon cermet valve, anticorrosion and anti-erosion medium & low pressure valves for petrochemical plants. The service performance of these products reaches or even exceeds the advanced international standards; among others, the plug valves of the Company solve the problem due to the overlarge torque of the switch, while the rest are the first applications domestically or internationally that help solve such problems as abrasion, scratch, erosion and corrosion, expanding the service life of the products by 5 to 10 times.
With a registered capital of RMB5 million, the Company has the processing equipment such as the NC machine and NC machine center as well as the inspection equipment such as automatic data acquisition system (ADAS), flaw detectors, hardness testing machines, steel ball roundness tester, three-pen recorder and vacuscope, which fully satisfy the users’ demand for quality and quantity.
