Chuannan Machinery Manufacturing Plant (CNMP) is a specialized plant that researches on and produces down-hole completion equipment, gas lifts tools and various products for perforation system. CNMP has been in this business for more than 25 years, and it acquired rich experience from all of its research projects, on-site services and daily production process. It has 1300 employees, and 44% of which are engineers. This company has successfully changed from a local machinery plant into a full-fledged international company. Comparing to all the other similar manufacturers, CNMP has the largest scale and leading technology on the designing, manufacturing and testing of all its products. CNMP is the only factory in China which could not only manufacture but also export explosive-devices and other related products for oil &gas industry. CNMP has its own departments for development, design, technology, production, quality control, as well as physics and chemistry analysis center, meter age detecting and testing center and so on. It has the abilities for precision machining, heat and surface treatments, explosive fuse producing, precision laser lettering, medicament production, precision welding and explosive-device assembly. Its advanced facilities, such as industry CT and X-ray can test all kinds of explosives in undamaged condition. With all these facilities, the quality and safety for explosives could be guaranteed. In China our main customers include China National Offshore Oil CORP., China National Petroleum CORP., China Petrochemical CORP, etc. In abroad, our main customers include China Petroleum Logging-Atlas Cooperation Service Company, ConocoPhilips, Kerr MacGee China Petroleum Ltd. , Weatherford, Baker Huges, Schlumberger, Oiltech and so on. Our products are also applied in US, Iran, Sudan, Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, Singapore and Kazakhstan etc. more than 20 countries. CNMP obtained ISO 9001-2000 certificate of conformity of quality management system certification in 1998, and also the API certificates for shaped charges. Established in 1970, CNMP celebrates its 40th Anniversary in 2010.
