Jingzhou Chengda Oil Tools (CDOT) was established in 2008. CDOT has a 8000 sq.m facility located in Jingzhou Petroleum Industrial Park. CDOT focuses in manufacturing downhole oil tools components and assemblies. Its customers spread in not only the major oil fields in China, and also North America, Southeast Asia and Middle East. CDOT has more than 10 years experience in manufacturing downhole oil tools. The core team has profound knowledge of both downhole tools engineering and manufacturing technics. With the inventory of over 200 sizes of alloy steel and stainless steel raw material, over 100 machining equipment and over 20 inspecting and testing equipment, CDOT has the ability to provide the full product realization process to customers. CDOT now has more than 80 employees including 15 technical and QC personnel and around 60 production personnel. There are 8 licensed personnel in the special processes including NDT. CODT has established and maintained ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 OHS Management System. All production and operating processes and activities in the company are managed with ERP system. CDOT upholds the "Credit is the base, Quality is the key" corporate culture and quality policy, and continues to provide exceptional quality products to domestic and international petroleum industry.
