We specialize in the research, development, manufacturing, sales, and services of drilling tools in the fields of oil and gas, geothermal, mining, and coal. Our product range includes PDC drill bits, hybrid drill bits, roller cone bits, screw drilling tools, MWD (Measurement While Drilling), LWD (Logging While Drilling), etc. Our service offerings include drill bit and drilling tool rentals, as well as integrated drilling acceleration services.
Tdrill Bits is dedicated to the research and manufacturing of PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) bits, hybrid drill bits, coring bits, dual-tube drilling tools, reamers, and other rock-breaking tools. We focus on rock fragmentation, personalized design analysis and optimization of drill bits, innovative rock-breaking structures, wear-resistant materials, and their application to provide customized solutions for our customers.
Our company has a team of over 20 research and development personnel, including Ph.D. and master's degree holders, as well as senior engineers. We have established testing platforms and analytical evaluation technologies for rock-breaking experiments, unit mechanism experiments, key material performance testing, personalized drill bit design, rock-breaking simulation, drill string dynamics, etc. Additionally, we have established an industry-university-research engineering technology center with Southwest Petroleum University and have established in-depth cooperative relationships with universities such as Soochow University and Chengdu University ofTechnology.
