PEEK, PEEK GF30, PAI CM XP530 and TECASINT material are widely used in oil and gas industry. Strict Germany and EU production process standards are implemented to ensure quality control of the material we manufactured. Ensinger’s TECAPEEK products are tested in accordance with EN ISO 23936-1 and NORSOK M-710, which verifies the material‘s resistance to the severe conditions of the environment it will be exposed to. Ensinger’s own machine shop is equipped with 3, 4, 5-axis CNC routing to provide machining services in Shanghai Songjiang. The machine shop complies with ISO 9001.
