Thermal Sludge Profiler is a deep application of thermal imagination technology, and is capable of inspecting non-transparent storage tanks, pipes by profiling its precise geometry status and other parameters. The thermal imager is customized with wide angle and explosion-proof technologies to obtain the thermal image of the measured objects. Then the images will be processed by our self-developed software to identify the profile, like distribution of sludge, layers and volumes. This is a quantitative measurement which is firstly applied in industrial applications.
