The Schmersal Group offers customers the world's largest product portfolio of safety switchgear devices and systems for personal and machine protection. Through its extensive portfolio, the company is firmly on the side of safety in the workplace, and one of the company's core activities is the development and manufacture of innovative components, systems and solutions. Schmersal's product portfolio includes more than 25,000 products for safety door monitoring, including solenoid interlocks, safety sensors and safety switches with separate actuators and devices for rotating protective equipment. The portfolio also includes opto-electronic safety equipment including safety light barriers, light grids and curtains to help guard hazard spots on machines and other hazardous areas.
