        宝鸡石油机械有限责任公司（简称“宝石机械公司”），是中国石油天然气集团公司所属的我国建厂最早、当前规模最大、综合实力最强的石油钻采装备研发制造企业，是全球最大的陆地石油钻机和各系列钻井泵研发制造基地，是全国最大、能力最强的重要场合用途钢丝绳研发制造基地，是我国石油钻采装备研发制造龙头企业。
宝石机械公司的前身宝鸡石油机械厂，创建于1937年，1953年划转石油系统，2002年改制成立有限责任公司，2008年成为中国石油天然气集团公司独资设立的一人有限责任公司。宝石机械公司宝鸡本部下设15个职能部室、11个直属机构、3个销售部门、3个研发机构、13个制造分厂，并拥有6个成员企业：咸阳宝石钢管钢绳有限公司、宝鸡宝石特种车辆有限责任公司、西安宝美电气工业公司、北京宝石MH海洋石油工程技术有限责任公司、宝石机械成都装备制造公司、中油辽河宝石石油装备有限公司。共有员工9811人，其中高级以上职称290人，博士、硕士77人，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家2人，陕西省有突出贡献专家1人，中国石油天然气集团公司高级技术专家3人、技能专家2人。现有各类设备4300余台(套)，总占地面积309公顷，建筑面积43万平方米，总资产67.6亿元，年销售收入60亿元以上。
公司主要设计制造1000-12000米九大级别、四种驱动形式的常规陆地钻机、极地钻机和海洋成套钻机；500-3000马力的各系列钻井泵；海上钻采平台设备、井控井口设备、特种车辆、钢管钢绳、大直径牙轮钻头等钻采装备配套产品，覆盖面达50多个类别、1000多个品种规格，其中15大类76项产品获得了美国石油学会API会标使用权，是国际上拥有该会标使用权最多的企业。
截至2009年底，宝石机械公司已累计为国内各油田提供4000米以上陆地钻机900余台（套），占国内油田陆上在用钻机总数的50%以上，为我国石油工业发展提供了有力的设备保障。同时，产品还远销欧美、非洲、中亚、中东、东南亚等50多个国家和地区。近年来，随着宝石机械产品在国际高端市场的高品质亮相，公司在国际市场的美誉度和竞争力显著提升。2009年，出口产品订货额达到总订货额的52%以上。
宝石机械公司坚持以科技创新为先导，采取自主研发为主、产学研联合开发的模式，具有“攻克难关、高端切入、跟踪前沿”的研发实力，主导产品设计制造技术达到国内领先、国际一流水平。截至目前，已荣获国家级和省部级科技奖项83项,累计申请专利406件，获国家专利授权346件，企业专利申请量连续5年保持23%以上的增长速度，专利授权量稳居中国石油装备制造系统榜首。全数字交流变频电驱动钻机实现了全天候、全地貌、全井深系列无缝覆盖，并成功从陆地迈向海洋高端领域；高移动性拖挂钻机实现了钻深能力1000-9000米的系列化；F系列钻井泵的大功率、轻型化技术达到了国际领先水平。

Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as BOMCO) attaching to CNPC, is the earliest established manufacturing enterprise for oil drilling equipment with the maximum scale and the most comprehensive power in our country, the largest research and production base for onshore oil drillings machine and pumps in the world, the largest and most powerful research and production base for important-situation-purpose wire rope, as well as the leading enterprise for oil drilling equipment research and production in our country.
The predecessor of BOMCO is Baoji Oilfield Machinery Plant which is established in 1937. The plant transferred oil system in 1953 and restructured to limited liability company in 2002. In 2008, the company became the one-person limited liability company invested by CNPC with sole proprietorship. The headquarter of BOMCO in Baoji has 15 function departments, 11 directly subordinate authorities, 3 sales departments, 3 research organizations, 13 subsidiary plants for manufacture, and 6 member enterprises (containing Xianyang Bomco Steel Tube & Wire Rope Co., LTD., Baoji Baoshi Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., Xi’an Bomay Electric Industries Co., Ltd., Beijing Bomco-MH Offshore Petroleum Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Bomco Chengdu Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd., and Land Offshore Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd.). The company has 9811 staff, thereinto, 290 persons have senior professional title, 77 persons get degrees of Doctor and Master, 2 persons enjoy special government allowance issued by State Council, 1 expert has special contribution to Shaanxi Province, 3 senior technical experts and 2 skill experts from CNPC. There are over 4300 equipment; the total floor area is 309 hectare; the construction area is 430,000 square meters; the total asset is 6.76 billion; the annual sales avenue is over 6 billion.
The company mainly designs and produces 1000-12000 m conventional onshore drilling rig, polar drilling rig and offshore packaged drilling rig with nine ranks and four drive styles; 500-3000 high-powered pumps; drilling matching products of offshore drilling platform device; well control and wellhead equipment, special vehicle, steel tubes and wire rope, and full diameter rifler. Those products cover over 50 types and over 1000 specifications, thereinto, 76 products with 15 types gain the using right of API symbol, thus the company is the enterprise which possesses the most symbol use right of API around the world.
By the end of 2009, BOMCO had accumulatively provided the domestic oilfields with over 900 onshore drilling rigs of above 4000 meters, which amounts to over 50% of total drilling rigs used in domestic onshore oilfields and offers a strong equipment security for our petroleum industrial development. At the same time, these products are sold to Europe and America, Africa, Middle Asia, Middle East, and Southeast Asia etc. over 50 countries and regions. With a high-quality pose of BOMCO products in international high-end markets for the past few years, the reputation and competitiveness of the company has raised apparently. In 2009, the amount of order for exports reached to 52% of total amount.
BOMCO persists on the guide of technological innovation, conducts independent research and combining modes of production, learning and teaching, and has the development strength to overcome difficulties, plunge in high-end markets, and trail leading edge. The technology of design and production for leading products has reached domestic advanced level and international first-class level. Up to now, the company has obtained 83 national and provincial technological awards, 406 patents applied, and 346 national patent authorizations; the patent application quantity of enterprise keeps a growth rate of over 23% in 5 consecutive years, and the authorization quantity firmly held the first place in Chinese petroleum equipment manufacturing system. All-digital AC conversion electric driven drilling rig has achieved seamless coverage with all-weather, full-landform, and whole-well depth, and has successfully marched from land to ocean high-end field; high-shifting truck-mounted drilling rig has achieved seriation of 1000-9000m deep drilling capacity; high power and light-weight technology of F series of pump has reached to advanced international level.

The company occupies the chair of China Enterprise New Record in 9 consecutive years, is selected into China Machinery 500 in 7 consecutive years, steps into China Enterprises Informationization 500 in 5 consecutive years, wins the title of China Mechanical Industry 100 in 4 consecutive years, is selected into China Manufacture 500 in 2 consecutive years, and wins the honorable title of China (Petroleum Machinery) Annual Brand 10 of World Market for twice.
