Spencer® applies 120 years of industry technology leadership to engineer, design and manufacture equipment solutions for extreme air and gas handling challenges. Our custom blowers and gas boosters are unique and specialized for their target application. Spencer is recognized worldwide for designing and manufacturing custom gas boosters and centrifugal blowers for handling corrosive and toxic gases such as sulfides, halogens, acids, flue gases, cyanides, nitrogen and ammonia. Equipment may be fabricated from special metals including stainless steel, aluminum, Hastelloy®, Monel®, Inconel® or aluminum; and special coatings maybe applied to internal and external components that offer corrosion and abrasion resistance, spark-resistant operation, non-stick performance, and high or low temperature resistance. Restrictive shaft sealing and leak-tight designs are available to handle temperatures to 1100°F/595°C; casing pressure to 1000 psig/6895 kPa; inlet pressure to 500 psig/3447 kPa; differential pressure to 20 psig/138 kPa, volumes to 15000 icfm/25485 m3/hr. In addition to fabricated blowers and gas boosters, Spencer also designs and manufactures multistage cast centrifugal blowers, regenerative (side channel) blowers, central vacuum systems, mobile vacuum units, dry and wet separators, tubing and fittings, vacuum cleaning hoses, tools and accessories, and electrical control panels.
